I have unrecognized charges on my account. What should I do?
If you have charges on your account that you do not recognize, call us at 712-527-5229 so that we can help you investigate them. If it is after hours, call Shazam at 800-383-8000 to have your debit card disabled.
How can I get a new Online Banking password if I’ve forgotten mine?
Click on the “Forgot Password” link just below where you would normally enter your username. You will be asked to answer the three security questions you set up when you activated your online banking account. When all three are answered correctly, a new temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address on file.
